Important: Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of the items purchased, as well as the destination.

The online shop Gagliapac is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order received, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on www.gagliapac.com.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (For Consumers)

If you purchase as a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days of receiving the products.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the exact date and time of submission (legal timestamp).

Return Policy

After submitting your request, you must return the products at your own expense within 14 days to the following address:

Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, Cosmetic/food products must not have been opened, tested, removed from the warranty seal or damaged.

Reimbursement

We will refund the full amount paid for returned products within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return them. The refund also includes the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, at the standard rate, which is the cheapest shipping method we offer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Note: As required by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back at our warehouse or until you have demonstrated, through appropriate documentation, that you have sent them back.

Defective or incorrect products (Legal Guarantee)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. In this case, we will cover the entire cost of returning or replacing the item.
